We have ambitious plans to grow the income, influence, and impact of the NHS charity sector to drive this forward. The Director of Development plays a pivotal role in achieving that, and in doing so ensuring the financial sustainability of the organisation. The post holder will provide a creative and dynamic focus to develop income generation for NHS Charities Together through high value relationship-driven funding with Government and philanthropy; as well as commercial and business development models. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Development will support setting the strategic direction of NHS Charities Together whilst promoting the importance of excellent service delivery across all avenues.
