We’re delighted to share our 2025 Annual Report and update you on the impact of the NHS charity sector last year and the role we played in supporting this.  

Over 220 NHS charities work across the UK to drive transformational change within healthcare. Collectively, they give £1.5million every day to the NHS. 

Using our unique reach, insights and voice as part of the NHS, we connect people, ideas and funding and champion the role of giving to make healthcare the best it can be for the people who need and work in the NHS today and for generations to come.  

Thank you to everyone who helped make our work in 2025 possible – funders, partners, trustees, staff and NHS charities across the UK. 

As the organisation representing all NHS charities, we were the focal point for public support for our NHS when the pandemic hit, and in March 2020 we launched our Urgent Covid-19 Appeal.

The appeal went on to raise £160 million to provide support for staff, patients, and communities.

In 2023 we published our Covid Urgent Appeal Progress Report, outlining how the money raised has made a difference.
