Frequently asked questions

Do you have a question about the event? We’ve got you covered.

The 26.2 mile route starts at the Trafford Arch and takes you past the two legendary stadiums that are home to Manchester United football club and Lancashire cricket club. Altringham marks the halfway point and the finish line awaits you on Oxford Road. There will even be live performances throughout the route to keep you going.

Vests are sent approximately 4-6 weeks before race day. Once you have a place confirmed and let us know what size vest you need, our team will arrange to post it to you.

If you take one of our charity places, we ask that you raise a minimum of £500. If you have your own place and run for us, you can set your own target. We will be here to support you and provide lots of inspiration to help you hit your target.

The easiest way to fundraise is by setting up a JustGiving page. If you collected money on a JustGiving page, the money you raise will come directly to us so there’s nothing extra you need to do.

If you’ve collected any cash, you can pay it in using one of the options below:

  • Pay the donations onto your JustGiving page

  • • Do a bank transfer, email hello@anhsc.org.uk for our account details

  • Send a cheque made payable to ‘NHS Charities Together’ to our office address, Pure Offices (Suite 68) Lake View House Wilton Drive Warwick CV34 6RG

The money you raise will make a huge difference for NHS staff, patients and communities.

Thanks to amazing fundraisers like you, we have funded hundreds of projects across the UK to help the NHS thrive. We’re there for exhausted NHS staff to help them through the hardest moments. And we’re pushing patient care further to transform lives, as well as supporting community volunteers to make a difference in emergency situations.

With your support we can continue to do this and make sure absolutely everyone has access to the health and care they need, whenever they need it.

“I am in constant awe of the NHS and being a patient who is solely reliant on the staff really showed me just how hard they work. I wanted to find one overarching charity and this is why I chose NHS Charites Together. I’m indebted to the NHS and always will be.”
