About the event
The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a 13.1-mile closed road run in central London. It’s the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster. So you’ll get to see plenty of iconic landmarks and heritage along the way.
We have limited charity places for the 2026 event. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to join Team NHS Charities Together and help the NHS be there for all of us when we need it.

Do you have a question about the event? We’ve got you covered.
Vests are sent approximately 4-6 weeks before race day. Once you have a charity place confirmed and let us know what size vest you need, our team will arrange to post it to you.
If you take one of our charity places, we ask that you raise a minimum of £350. If you have your own place and run for us, you can set your own target. We will be here to support you and provide lots of inspiration to help you hit your target.
The easiest way to fundraise is by setting up a JustGiving page. If you collected money on a JustGiving page, the money you raise will come directly to us so there’s nothing extra you need to do.
If you’ve collected any cash, you can pay it in using one of the options below:
Pay the donations onto your JustGiving page
Do a bank transfer, email hello@anhsc.org.uk for our account details
Send a cheque made payable to ‘NHS Charities Together’ to our office address, Pure Offices (Suite 68) Lake View House Wilton Drive Warwick CV34 6RG
