Alison Paines at Withers Worldwide LLP has been Honorary Legal Advisor to the Association since it was first started in 2002. She is widely acknowledged as the leading expert on NHS Charities and also advises a large number of our members. On behalf of the Association, Alison was instrumental in drafting the Guidance on converting to independence, published by the Department of Health.
