Starbucks® Partnership
Our partnership with Starbucks embodies Starbucks’ mission to “inspire and nurture the human spirit, one person, one cup and one neighbourhood at a time”.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, NHS staff would handwrite their names on PPE masks, just as Starbucks handwrite their customers names on cups. These scenes struck a chord with Starbucks, inspiring an extremely generous donation of food, drinks and funds to support the wellbeing of front-line workers. Our partnership is now in its fourth year, with a strong focus on community, social impact and connection.
As part of the partnership, we’ve been able to connect Starbucks stores across the UK with their closest NHS charities, enabling strong relationships at a local level and ensuring that our partnership reaches all corners of the UK.
In 2022, we also launched The Greener Communities Fund alongside environmental charity Hubbub, funded by Starbucks.
The Greener Communities Fund aims to create and improve green spaces across the UK and has already funded over £1 million to NHS charities.
“We are proud of our ongoing partnership with NHS Charities Together and look forward to delivering more work together that ensures we continue to support the local communities we serve.”
