Charlotte Schofield – Director of Fundraising at UHB Charity
Charlotte joined the hospital charity in January 2020 as the new Director of Fundraising covering all four hospital charities. When joining the Charity her main aim was to support the Charities growth and look at new income streams to support a number of innovative multi million pound projects. Then COVID hit so her first year has been extremely different to what was expected.
In her spare time, Charlotte loves spending time with her gorgeous four-legged pooch Archie and her crazy four year old daughter! And of cause her husband Chris. She also loves going out with friends, eating chocolate and drinking prosecco.
Tom Joyce – Charity Operations Manager at UHB Charity
Tom is responsible for delivering the Charity’s various projects across the Trust’s 4 hospitals, including a new children’s outdoor play area at Heartlands Hospital and redecorating various wards and waiting rooms, as well as ongoing redevelopment and maintenance maintenance of its infrastructure, such as the Homes from Home for patients and their families. In his previous life as an RAF engineer officer his roles included sustainment of the Service’s Logistics Information Systems and managing network configuration for all UK communications assets deployed in Afghanistan, as well as supporting Tornado operations and commanding one of the maintenance teams for the RAF’s C-17 fleet.
Jacques van Kerkvoort – Program Manager at Zuyderland
Jacques has worked as a Program Manager within the ICT unit “Innovation & Program Services” at Zuyderland since September 2013. This has involved projects such as
Upgrade Building Automation platform (Siemens), Implementation new document management environment (based on Microsoft SharePoint), Merger of existing HR applications (Raet),Implementation of new Patient Infotainment concept (Beagleboxx – bedside terminal) and many more.

Rob works with government on members’ behalf to highlight how it can help grow legacy giving and is a key member of the HM Courts & Tribunal Services Working Group reporting on the impact of the backlog in processing grants of probate on charities’ vital work.
Kathryn Horsely: Director of Analysis – Legacy Foresight
Kath heads up the analysis part of the business. She has worked on a variety of legacy forecasting and strategy projects for a range of different charities and has developed Legacy Foresight’s marketing evaluation product, which helps charities to quantify the return on investing in legacy marketing – and the timing of when that return will be realised.
